SENIOR FINANCE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

In this role, you will work closely with customers to analyze, implement, and optimize their financial processes using NetSuite and FoodQloud’s SuiteApps. You are the key to success

Your key KPI is happy customers. Together with your colleagues based across Europe, you help our customers get the most out of our scalable, flexible Cloud ERP system. As a driven Finance ERP business consultant with excellent communication skills, you are responsible for successful FoodQloud implementations. Even after go live you remain involved with the customer for continuous optimization.

What you will do

• Analyze customer administrative & financial processes, issues, and bottlenecks through an initial business scan.
• Work with colleagues to find the best solution based on NetSuite & FoodQloud Apps, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Advise & collaborate with the customer on financial processes including CoA setup, account payable & receivable processes, fixed asset management, intercompany processes, AP matching, etc.
• Advise and implement corporate reporting models.
• Advise on planning & budgeting process setup.
• Configure financial processes in NetSuite, describe customizations, support data migrations, test system configurations, train core users, and support go-live.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance consulting to optimize processes.
• Contribute to the further development of our self-developed & NetSuite-certified FoodQloud SuiteApp products.
• Continuously expand your NetSuite & FoodQloud knowledge. Not only yours but also that of your colleagues and customers.
• Identify new opportunities with customers and coordinate this with the Account Manager.

About you

• You are self-directing, proactive, pragmatic, and assertive.
• You solve complex issues by thoroughly analyzing them and then addressing, solving, and implementing them step by step.
• You are eager to learn and able to quickly absorb new information.
• You are a true team player.
• You are based in the Hamburg area, Germany.

The minimum requirements

• You are university or college level educated in Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or Audit.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a core user or ERP Consultant, with knowledge of NetSuite, MS Dynamics, SAP, Infor, JD Edwards, or other ERP Systems.
• Next to your native language, you are fluent in English.
